Base Salary
$180k - $440k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver polished, scalable user-facing features and APIs for Grok’s chat experience.
- Develop frameworks for rapid experimentation and iteration.
- Architect high-performance systems for personalized and reliable interactions at global scale.
- Build and optimize data pipelines using real-time user signals.
- Own projects from ideation through deployment and monitoring, using feedback to refine the product experience.
- Collaborate closely with model and research teams to ship product breakthroughs.
Requirements
- Expertise in TypeScript, Python, or Rust and experience writing clean, maintainable code.
- Experience with scalable architectures, Kubernetes, observability, and production performance and reliability tuning.
- A track record of shipping consumer-facing products to millions of users.
- Strong initiative, execution, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for AI and building indispensable user-facing tools; prior AI experience is not required.
