Responsibilities
- Configure and support ServiceNow Field Service Management applications and implement application enhancements.
- Manage application features, release cycles, configuration changes, and system modifications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to maintain stability, availability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business needs.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed system records.
- Contribute independently as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and configuration options.
- Experience with APIs and integration techniques connecting ServiceNow FSM with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with low-code development environments for customizing and extending applications.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and improve stability and user experience.
- Knowledge of release management and version control in SaaS application environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
