Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for new clients, including project planning, setup, and technical implementation.
- Support installation and configuration of the BlueOptima platform.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for integration issues, platform access and configuration problems, and common data errors.
- Monitor client data health and resolve data collection or integration issues.
- Train client-side system administrators to manage platform operations independently.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product on feature rollouts and provide client-based feedback.
- Improve onboarding consistency, reduce onboarding time, and increase system adoption.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects.
- Basic Linux skills, including navigating file systems and reviewing logs.
- Basic experience with Docker and Kubernetes troubleshooting and commands.
- Basic SQL skills for reading and writing simple troubleshooting queries.
- Basic Bash scripting skills.
- Exposure to technical support processes or client success operations.
- Preferred: basic networking knowledge, enterprise SaaS experience, and familiarity with version control or task-tracking systems.
