Responsibilities
- Contribute to testing and automating the BigData protector product family using Python, Java, or Shell scripting.
- Implement appropriate software testing methods, standards, and tools for quality outcomes.
- Work independently to apply testing practices, including automation frameworks and performance benchmarking.
- Participate in Agile practices as both an individual contributor and team player.
- Adapt and enhance skills in data security and related technical environments.
- Collaborate effectively with teams for technical requirements and product dependencies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and Shell scripting.
- Experience with Linux OS and command line tools.
- Knowledge of BigData and cloud systems like Databricks, Cloudera, and EMR.
- Ability to work independently with minimal support.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and software performance tuning.
