Responsibilities

  • Drive technical success in pre-sales for large strategic opportunities.
  • Showcase and adapt Geotab solutions based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and other teams to enhance customer engagement.
  • Run technical pre-sales activities including demos and pilots.
  • Identify market gaps and provide feedback to product teams.
  • Develop segment knowledge and contribute to playbooks.
  • Lead strategic projects and mentor team members.
  • Ensure smooth transition from prospect to customer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a technical field with customer-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of telematics, IoT, and related technologies.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service.
  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and API integrations.
  • Experience with Agile Work Management and CRM tools.
  • Desire to stay updated with emerging technologies.
