Responsibilities
- Deliver complex software features and components with high quality and minimal supervision.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain API and integration solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
- Allocate effort across development, bug fixing, refactoring, and technical improvements.
- Own technical tasks from design through implementation and support.
- Balance feature delivery with technical debt reduction and code quality improvements.
- Estimate, size, and commit to work items during sprint planning.
- Prioritize work to meet sprint goals, release timelines, and production stability.
- Support production issues and participate in root cause analysis.
- Advocate for AI tools such as GitHub Copilot within the Scrum development team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with C# is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience with JavaScript and REST API development and consumption.
- At least 2 years of experience with relational databases, including SQL, DML, DDL, and data modeling.
- At least 2 years of experience with cloud platforms, including Azure.
- At least 3 years of experience with software design principles, clean code, refactoring, and debugging.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of experience with Python or Node.js.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of experience with Angular or React.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of experience with NoSQL databases and automated unit and integration testing.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and CSS.
