Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain custom software components and applications.
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize complex data and communicate actionable insights.
- Integrate Tableau with multiple data sources and support accurate, seamless data flows.
- Prepare and transform data for reporting and visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate reporting needs into technical solutions.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, resolve work-related problems, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Tableau is required.
- Proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard and report development, data-source integration, data preparation, and data transformation.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data trends and presenting actionable insights through visualizations.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
