Responsibilities
- Shape software products and technical solutions alongside colleagues and clients.
- Contribute to projects in areas such as full-stack development, backend development, data engineering, cloud solutions, architecture, web development, and DevOps.
- Choose and develop a career path across clients and roles based on personal experience, strengths, interests, and market demand.
- Collaborate with mentors, delivery coaches, clients, and professional communities.
Requirements
- Soon-to-be or recent graduate from 2025–2026 with a relevant Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics, or a similar field, or a Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of full-time experience.
- Professional verbal and written proficiency in German and English.
- Hands-on industry experience through internships, working-student roles, or full-time Software Engineering work using modern technologies.
- Based in Frankfurt or willing to relocate to Frankfurt.
- Interest in working in a dynamic, growing team with start-up-style energy.
