Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and integration activities connecting technical and functional system requirements.
- Facilitate business diagnostics, process analysis, and solution-design workshops with customers.
- Develop solution designs, functional specifications, business-process test scripts, and user training materials.
- Configure and deliver Blue Yonder supply chain solutions to support customer business processes.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, go-live support, post-go-live support, and knowledge transfer.
- Apply AI/ML algorithms and statistical forecasting expertise in supply chain planning.
- Serve as a functional liaison between Blue Yonder project teams, customers, users, and executive sponsors.
- Assist with project planning and communicate risks and issues affecting schedule, scope, or budget.
- Identify incremental revenue opportunities and support product-management and product-development feedback.
- Provide guidance to support services and help resolve customer defects and technical issues.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of hands-on experience as a functional consultant providing supply chain solutions to customers.
- Experience with Blue Yonder solutions as a customer or implementation consultant is preferred.
- An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is preferred; a bachelor's degree with relevant industry experience may be considered instead.
- Strong business analysis skills, SCM knowledge, statistical algorithm usage, and understanding of tactical planning are required.
- Experience with R and Python packages and AI/ML algorithms in statistical forecasting.
- Experience with other supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, SAP, or leading ERP systems may be considered.
- Relevant APICS or TOGAF certification is a plus.
- Experience in management consulting or supply chain center-of-excellence settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of performance tuning, database structures, technical platforms, infrastructures, and product-line technical requirements.
- Strong presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Availability for extensive travel.
