Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI/ML and LLM solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
- Build chatbots, recommendation systems, translation services, RAG systems, semantic search, and other GenAI applications.
- Perform model fine-tuning, evaluation, feature engineering, embedding optimization, dimensionality reduction, quantization, and knowledge distillation.
- Develop LLM serving and ML deployment infrastructure using FastAPI, vLLM, model-serving tools, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud services.
- Implement microservices, concurrency processing, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, automated retraining, and model monitoring.
- Create low-level designs for solution architectures and work with Spark for large-scale data processing.
- Apply A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical hypothesis testing to AI/ML solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of total and relevant experience in AI/ML or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Go or Rust is expected.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, prompt engineering, TensorFlow, PyTorch, RAG systems, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Understanding of the ML and LLM development lifecycle, including fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience with Spark or PySpark, microservices, test-driven development, concurrency processing, and low-level architecture design.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, service meshes, FastAPI, vLLM, TorchServe or TF Serving, and cloud platforms.
- Bachelor of Engineering required; B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or MBA listed as acceptable education qualifications.
- Prior experience in industries leveraging AI/ML technologies is preferred.
