Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align solutions with business requirements.
- Adapt application features, manage software releases, and maintain system compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective configurations.
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use application integration techniques, API management, and low-code or no-code platforms to customize and extend applications.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records.
- Contribute to team discussions, work independently as a subject matter expert, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience, including at least 3 years working with Large Language Models.
- Experience post-training open-source LLMs or SLMs using SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, reinforcement learning, preference optimization, or distillation.
- Strong fundamentals in PyTorch, Transformers, and TRL.
- Experience with synthetic data, evaluation harnesses, and domain-specific benchmarks.
- Understanding of application integration techniques and API management.
- Experience with low-code or no-code platforms for customizing packaged applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software release management and version control processes.
- Generative AI and Kubernetes experience are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education are required.
