Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable technical and system designs.
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation solutions using Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Develop intelligent agents, web applications, automation workflows, and decision-support tools integrated into business processes.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, model workflows, and reusable solution components for scalability and reliability.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and AI-assisted development tools and apply them to accelerate implementation and business value.
- Monitor, refine, and scale deployed solutions to improve performance, reliability, usability, and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate across Finance, Product, Engineering, ITSS, and other functions throughout the solution lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and comfort working in ambiguous and rapidly evolving technology environments.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation solutions from design and data preparation through deployment and optimization.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience building scalable applications, automation solutions, or decision-support tools.
- Experience handling big data, including Hadoop or Teradata; Google BigQuery experience is a plus.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable software and automation solutions.
- Ability to work as a hands-on individual contributor and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- 4+ years of experience designing and delivering AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience delivering production-ready solutions in complex, regulated, or controls-focused environments is preferred.
