Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows for enterprise process automation.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise databases, APIs, tools, and platforms using MCP, OpenAPI, and function calling.
- Develop AI-first applications using prompt engineering, RAG, agentic memory management, and structured output parsing.
- Write maintainable Python or TypeScript code using AI-augmented development environments while meeting security and compliance standards.
- Implement evaluation frameworks and observability metrics for agent accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and tool-execution reliability.
- Debug agent loop failures, nondeterministic behavior, and tool-integration errors.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, unit testing for nondeterministic AI outputs, and security guardrails including input sanitization, rate limiting, and human approvals.
- Collaborate with senior AI engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders across enterprise functions.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Practical experience building LLM applications using function calling, structured outputs, and RAG.
- Experience with agentic frameworks or custom agent loops, such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
- Understanding of MCP, REST API or GraphQL tool integration, and prompt engineering.
- Experience using AI developer tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Cody.
- Understanding of SDLC, Git, Docker, and foundational DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
- Experience connecting AI models or agents with third-party enterprise platforms or databases such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, or vector databases.
- Experience implementing AI evaluations, benchmarking, and observability tools such as LangSmith, Phoenix, Arize, or Weights & Biases.
- Basic familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure for deploying containerized AI workloads.
- Strong problem-solving, quantitative analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
