Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to impactful machine learning research projects.
- Drive innovation in the development of advanced algorithms and methodologies.
- Optimize research processes, workflows, and resource allocation.
- Manage research programs, overseeing multiple projects and teams.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the organization's research initiatives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level researchers.
Requirements
- 6 to 8+ years of relevant experience in machine learning research.
- Master's, PhD or equivalent research experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of impactful research projects and leadership.
- Experience in leading or significantly contributing to complex and large-scale research projects.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee project timelines and manage resources effectively.
- Expertise in strategic planning and execution of machine learning research agendas.
- Extensive experience in mentoring and providing guidance to junior researchers.
