Base Salary
$105k - $116k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead small teams to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-level applications.
- Diagnose and solve complex problems for clients across various industries.
- Execute projects from start to finish, managing all roles in the SDLC.
- Explore and develop solutions using cloud technologies and modern programming languages.
- Utilize AI strategically to enhance client solutions and communicate its value.
- Present findings and solutions to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous learning and lead community service events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience in technical leadership and project management.
- Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of innovative solutions.
- Ability to adapt to varied environments and balance multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
