Base Salary
$105k - $116k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-level custom applications and solutions.
- Lead small teams and coach teammates in their technical skills and careers.
- Execute projects across the software development lifecycle, including estimating, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and delivery.
- Diagnose and solve complex problems for Fortune 500 clients across varied industries.
- Partner with clients, present findings and solutions, and demonstrate work to executives and stakeholders.
- Use cloud, web, mobile, data, IoT, machine learning, AI, and DevOps technologies to create client solutions.
- Apply AI strategically while communicating its value, limitations, and ethical use.
- Participate in continuous learning, professional development, community service, and social events.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience with technical leadership, such as coaching others or leading project components involving estimates, task assignment, timelines, requirements, or design.
- Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and experience creating and implementing innovative solutions.
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and adapt to varied environments.
- Ability to explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a comparable field, or comparable experience.
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
