Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the enterprise information model within ServiceNow across CSDM, CMDB, ITAM, SAM, SPM, Service Portfolio, and related data domains.
- Govern enterprise asset and software registries, including taxonomy, ownership, lifecycle management, metadata standards, and authoritative data sources.
- Establish and maintain CMDB and CSDM standards for service modeling, CI relationships, data quality, lifecycle governance, and CMDB health.
- Define and govern integrations across Discovery, Service Graph, ITAM, SAM, cloud, ERP, HR, security, identity, procurement, and DevOps platforms.
- Drive enterprise data governance for metadata, stewardship, reporting semantics, reference data, lifecycle management, and information architecture.
Requirements
- 12+ years of related overall IT experience, including at least 8+ years focused on ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, ITAM, SAM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or enterprise information architecture.
- Deep expertise in CSDM, CMDB, Service Graph, IRE, and CMDB Health, with strong knowledge of ServiceNow data governance and information architecture.
- Proven experience designing enterprise information models across assets, software, applications, services, and technology products.
- Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management data models and best practices.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems with ServiceNow while ensuring data consistency, semantic alignment, and effective business analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow architecture, asset and service management, enterprise integrations, AI-assisted development, and relevant ServiceNow certifications is desirable.
