Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, verify, and release software features for Avionics Displays systems, algorithms, and software frameworks.
- Execute engineering subtasks in compliance with technical, quality, customer, and certification requirements.
- Lead feature decomposition, coordinate development activities, and drive feature implementation.
- Identify technical improvements and recommend enhancements to engineering methods and processes.
- Interact with internal stakeholders and external customers to support project execution and product compliance.
- Mentor early-career engineers and contribute technical expertise within the Integrated Flight Deck Systems COE.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of software engineering disciplines, processes, and tools.
- Strong technical depth and independent problem-solving ability.
- Ability to lead feature decomposition, coordinate development activities, and support program execution.
- Ability to contribute to software design, development, integration, verification, and release for customer-driven solutions.
- Ability to improve engineering processes and mentor early-career engineers.
