Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, verify, and release software features for avionics displays systems, algorithms, and software frameworks.
- Execute engineering subtasks while meeting technical, quality, customer, certification, and compliance requirements.
- Lead feature decomposition, coordinate development activities, and drive feature implementation.
- Identify technical improvements and recommend enhancements to engineering processes and methods.
- Support project execution, product compliance, and successful delivery of customer-driven software solutions.
- Mentor early-career engineers and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of software engineering disciplines, processes, and tools.
- Strong technical depth and independent problem-solving ability.
- Ability to lead feature decomposition, coordinate development activities, and support program execution.
- Ability to work with customer specifications, certification requirements, and organizational quality standards.
- Ability to mentor early-career engineers and contribute to engineering process improvement.
