Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews and evaluate technology choices with peers and stakeholders.
- Review code and provide feedback on style, correctness, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to and update technical documentation and educational content.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues, including analyzing effects on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- At least 3 years of end-to-end machine learning experience, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging.
- At least 1 year of experience with GenAI techniques such as LLMs, multimodal systems, or large vision models, or with related language-modeling or computer-vision concepts.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, 3 years working in complex matrixed organizations, and 3 years with ML/AI algorithms and tools, deep learning, or natural language processing.
