Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable ERP solutions using native configuration, workflows, custom records, integrations, and automation.
- Create solution designs covering process flows, data models, integrations, controls, environments, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
- Translate Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data Center Operations, and enterprise requirements into reliable ERP capabilities.
- Design and improve procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, inventory, receiving, fulfillment, warehouse, returns, fixed-asset, and management-reporting processes.
- Build and support integrations between the ERP and PLM, procurement, contracts, HR, expense, banking, CRM, data, and warehouse systems.
- Lead technical discovery, evaluate solution options, assess dependencies and risks, and define validation, reconciliation, ownership, and support requirements.
- Deliver work through Scrum ceremonies and convert business needs into epics, user stories, technical tasks, acceptance criteria, and sequenced delivery plans.
- Maintain production readiness through code review, testing, security and control validation, documentation, deployment preparation, and operational handoff.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ERP engineering, business systems, enterprise applications, integrations, or related technical roles, including meaningful production ownership.
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience covering solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong SuiteScript and JavaScript or TypeScript skills, with practical experience using SuiteTalk, REST and SOAP APIs, SuiteQL, saved searches, and NetSuite security concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to design and build complete solutions rather than only administer applications or coordinate vendors.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integration and automation platforms, API integrations, authentication, error handling, monitoring, and production support.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes, including procure to pay, order to cash, record to report, and inventory management.
- Experience working in Scrum or Agile teams and translating requirements into stories, estimates, acceptance criteria, test plans, and releases.
- Working knowledge of version control, peer review, environment management, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, ownership, and judgment skills when working with business leaders, engineers, IT, Security, auditors, and external partners.
- Preferred qualifications include semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing, supply-chain, inventory-intensive, PLM, WMS, 3PL, contract manufacturing, procurement, expense, HR, banking, CRM, enterprise data, cloud, Python, event-driven or serverless integration, public-company, IPO-readiness, SOX, NetSuite, integration-platform, Scrum, or related certification experience.
