Base Salary
$80k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for remote maritime autonomy deployments.
- Monitor live missions and respond to anomalous behavior during operations.
- Communicate with internal teams and field operators to collect diagnostic data.
- Work with tools such as Linux terminal, Balena, ROS, and Docker.
- Assist with preparing software images and configuring communication channels.
- Contribute to improving internal tools, automation, and documentation.
- Provide rotational support outside normal business hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Linux systems and terminal-based workflows.
- Familiarity with ROS (preferably ROS2) and basic C++ programming skills.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPNs).
- Experience using tools such as Balena, SSH, and Docker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.
