Base Salary
$110k - $136k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand partner and customer business needs and translate them into technical specifications and deployment plans.
- Configure and customize AI agent solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms.
- Own implementations end-to-end, managing stakeholders and driving projects to completion.
- Serve as the technical point of contact in partner conversations and present solutions confidently.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Contribute to building scalable deployment practices as the team grows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- Hands-on experience developing in Python or JavaScript, with fluency in AI technologies.
- Experience integrating APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth).
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience in consulting, project management, or client delivery.
- Strong systems integration skills and ability to work across diverse tech stacks.
- Business process analysis skills to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Bonus: experience with CRM/PMS systems, SaaS platforms, or the AI industry.
