Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered features across web and mobile applications.
- Integrate LLM agents into seamless, conversational user interfaces.
- Own features across the Python/Postgres backend and modern frontend.
- Implement the AI Triage tool with a conversational, full-stack user flow.
- Build a real-time streaming chat interface for the AI care partner.
- Develop full-stack systems connecting AI-driven insights to personalized notifications and interactive modules.
- Deliver high-quality experiences for tens of thousands of members.
Requirements
- Strong track record of shipping high-quality full-stack consumer applications.
- Proficiency with Python, Postgres, TypeScript, React, and React Native.
- Experience leading 0-to-1 products and owning features from initial concept through launch.
- Strong product intuition and passion for user experience.
- Excitement about integrating LLMs and turning powerful APIs into intuitive, reliable products.
- Fluency with modern engineering practices, high code quality, and AI-assisted tools such as Cursor and Copilot.
- Prior experience in a regulated space such as healthcare or fintech is preferred.
- Strong eye for design and user interface details is preferred.
