Responsibilities
- Design and implement infrastructure for accessible onboarding and verification systems.
- Translate the needs of underserved communities into scalable technical solutions.
- Build pricing, billing, and provisioning systems that balance accessibility and sustainability.
- Develop integrations connecting Claude with essential tools for nonprofits and educators.
- Create multilingual and accessibility features across platforms.
- Measure and demonstrate social impact at scale.
- Collaborate with product and field teams to prototype solutions with real communities.
- Ensure platform reliability for mission-critical deployments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
- Experience building products that prioritize accessibility and inclusivity.
- Technical expertise in identity management, billing systems, and API integrations.
- Ability to ship products quickly while maintaining quality for diverse user needs.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
