Responsibilities
- Design and ship technical architectures spanning data models, automation logic, and integration patterns for assigned GTM motions.
- Build and deploy AI agents that autonomously perform GTM tasks such as referral triage, document parsing, and account research.
- Run experimentation loops by shipping automations and agent behaviors, measuring impact, and iterating based on data.
- Evaluate and evolve the GTM technology stack, including HubSpot, n8n, Workato, Segment, Gong, Aircall, Nooks, and Clay.
- Implement testing, sandboxing, deployment controls, monitoring, and self-healing automations.
- Maintain technical schema maps documenting system logic and automation behavior.
- Define and enforce data governance standards covering definitions, ownership, quality rules, and access controls.
- Partner with GTM Engineering leadership and the broader GTM Systems team to apply shared architecture and governance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical Revenue Operations or GTM Engineering role.
- Expert-level technical knowledge of HubSpot, including Advanced Workflows and Custom Objects.
- Expert proficiency in n8n and Workato, with comfort integrating Segment, Gong, Aircall, Nooks, and Clay.
- Proven experience building AI agents and agentic workflows with Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini.
- Experience creating 0-to-1 systems and data models for new channels, motions, or complex multi-party relationships.
- Experience establishing data governance standards for definitions, ownership, quality rules, and access controls.
- Experience architecting systems that support both funnels and ongoing relationships.
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, credentialing, or referral and recruiting systems is preferred.
