Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Advance a multiplayer agentic harness that coordinates humans, agents, firm systems, and clients with appropriate context, permissions, and accountability.
- Design multi-agent workflows using orchestration and actor models, including delegation, coordination, monitoring, and recovery.
- Build shared task, state-management, memory, and continual-learning systems that preserve context and ownership.
- Develop integrations, computer-use capabilities, collaborative interfaces, portals, and operational views for professional-services workflows.
- Create evaluation frameworks connecting agent performance with quality, cost, delivery time, and human effort.
- Implement confidentiality controls, audit trails, secure execution, permissions, and reliable recovery for high-stakes collaboration.
- Apply AI capabilities to legal workflows including due diligence, cap table reconciliation, and transactional document review.
- Use coding agents to improve engineering practices and measure effects on delivery speed and software quality.
- Conduct novel AI research grounded in professional work, publish findings, and contribute to research collaboration and conference talks.
Requirements
- Practical, hands-on AI fluency demonstrated through day-to-day tools, workflows, and outcomes.
- Ability to build agentic systems involving multi-agent coordination, orchestration, shared state, memory, evaluation, and continual learning.
- Ability to engineer reliable, secure, permissioned systems for high-stakes professional collaboration.
- Ability to work across user interfaces, integrations, portals, operational systems, and professional-services workflows.
- Interest or experience in conducting novel AI research, publishing findings, and contributing to the research community.
