Define and scale reliability as a first-class capability across Grow Therapy’s engineering organization. You’ll combine platform engineering, observability, incident response, and developer-focused self-service tooling to help teams build and operate reliable systems at scale.

Build and evolve the backend systems and APIs powering Grow Therapy’s marketplace, client care journeys, and insurance claims platform. You’ll own production services end to end, shape architecture, and deliver reliable software with meaningful impact on access to mental healthcare.

Build full-stack features that make mental healthcare more accessible, reliable, and affordable for clients and providers. You’ll work with Python, React, and TypeScript on high-impact systems spanning scheduling, engagement, payments, and care access.
