Base Salary
$220k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive a consolidated, multi-year Security Engineering vision and executable roadmap.
- Lead safe and thoughtful enterprise adoption of AI tooling through AI-native security initiatives.
- Design, build, and roll out secure-by-default services for unified authentication, authorization, audit logging, and egress control.
- Own data security at scale by driving data tagging and compliance with the Data Classification Policy.
- Build company-wide security scorecards that provide continuous visibility into security posture.
- Partner with engineering, platform, and product teams to deliver shared security capabilities, including automated least privilege and vulnerability management.
Requirements
- Deep, multi-domain security expertise across areas such as Product Security, Cloud Security, Data Security, Access Governance, and Detection & Response.
- Recent hands-on engineering experience, including writing code, contributing to security infrastructure, and conducting system design reviews.
- Experience designing and shipping organization-wide security programs such as Security Review, Secure Design, Security Champions, and Security Metrics Reporting.
- Ability to communicate security strategy and risk clearly to executives, non-technical audiences, and clinical stakeholders.
- Strong ownership, prioritization, and adaptability in an ambiguous environment.
