Base Salary
$152k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Grow Therapy’s data-security infrastructure.
- Build automated data-classification and tagging pipelines that scan production data models and propagate sensitivity tags through data lineage.
- Implement field-level dynamic masking, tokenization, and redaction based on classification tags.
- Secure data connectors and pipelines feeding AI tools through authentication, authorization, and observability.
- Design and ship scalable application-layer, field-level, and envelope-encryption infrastructure with key management.
- Partner with Data, Engineering, Detection & Response, executives, and clinical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience writing production code, designing data pipelines and services, and conducting system design reviews.
- Experience building security or data infrastructure relied upon by real teams.
- Meaningful experience across data classification, masking or tokenization, encryption and key management, and secure data access.
- Ability to define a long-term data-security vision, prioritize a roadmap, and drive partner-team adoption.
- Strong risk-reduction mindset focused on making secure controls the default.
- Clear communication skills for explaining data-security tradeoffs and risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and clinical stakeholders.
