Base Salary
$152k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, priorities, and roadmap for Grow Therapy’s data security infrastructure.
- Build automated classification and tagging pipelines that scan production data models and propagate sensitivity tags through data lineage.
- Implement field-level dynamic masking, tokenization, and redaction driven by classification tags, with scoped, justified, and logged access.
- Secure data connectors and pipelines feeding AI tools, including authentication, authorization, and observability.
- Design and ship scalable application-layer and field-level encryption pipelines using envelope encryption and key management.
- Partner with Data, Engineering, Detection & Response, executives, and clinical stakeholders to establish secure-by-default data practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience writing production code, designing data pipelines and services, and conducting system design reviews.
- Experience building security or data infrastructure used by real teams.
- Meaningful experience with data classification, masking or tokenization, encryption and key management, and secure data access.
- Ability to define a long-term technical vision, prioritize risk reduction, and execute against a roadmap.
- Strong communication skills for explaining data-security tradeoffs and risk to executives, clinical stakeholders, and non-technical audiences.
