Responsibilities
- Design and architect .NET backend solutions with microservices for scalability, security, and high performance.
- Lead technical teams by establishing engineering best practices and guiding architectural decisions.
- Translate business requirements into system-level designs and comprehensive technical architecture documentation.
- Develop and optimize .NET and C# APIs for robust integration and performance.
- Prioritize and manage the technical backlog for user stories in alignment with project milestones.
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
- Integrate and administer SQL Server and Oracle RDBMS databases.
- Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience architecting and delivering .NET backend solutions with microservices, including at least 6 years designing scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures.
- Advanced proficiency in .NET and C# for backend development.
- Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
- Experience managing and optimizing SQL Server databases and integrating and administering Oracle RDBMS.
- Experience developing APIs with .NET frameworks.
- Experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging.
- Experience configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Preferred experience integrating AWS services including Lambda, Cognito, and DynamoDB.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA and compliance standards.
- Experience with cloud-native application development in AWS or Azure environments.
- Hands-on experience with distributed-system monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and the ELK stack.
- Performance tuning and optimization experience for large-scale backend systems.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering is desired.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or an equivalent relevant cloud certification is desired.
