Responsibilities
- Own and deliver product features end to end across frontend and backend.
- Build AI-native workflows using LLMs and structured data.
- Collaborate with design, product, and legal engineering teams.
- Ship quickly, learn from users, and iterate on product experiences.
- Contribute to architecture, tooling, and engineering practices.
- Help define how AI is used across the product.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building high-quality web products.
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Backend experience with Python, Node, AWS, or similar technologies.
- Strong product instincts and attention to user experience, clarity, and outcomes.
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments with evolving systems.
- Interest in AI and its impact on software development.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt design, or AI workflows is a bonus.
- Experience building internal tools or complex workflows is a bonus.
