Legal Solutions Engineer responsible for implementing and configuring Wordsmith’s legal operations platform for in-house legal teams. The role combines customer advisory, workflow design, implementation, and product feedback in a high-ownership, customer-facing position.

Support Engineer at Wordsmith will provide technically rigorous customer support for an AI-enabled legal operations platform, investigating issues from first response through resolution. The role combines customer communication, application and codebase investigation, incident escalation, and opportunities to contribute code fixes.

Build end-to-end, AI-native product features for Wordsmith’s legal operations platform, working across frontend and backend. You’ll have substantial ownership and collaborate closely with design, product, legal experts, and customers in an in-office Edinburgh team.
