Responsibilities
- Own the GTM technology stack, roadmap, tooling budget, and vendor relationships.
- Define and maintain the CRM data model and trusted source of truth for accounts, contacts, pipeline stages, sources, and attribution.
- Build integrations across CRM, marketing automation, sales tools, the website, product-usage data, and enrichment using APIs, webhooks, and reverse ETL.
- Own website systems including forms, routing, tracking, personalization, and experimentation.
- Build signal-based pipeline systems for account scoring, enrichment, intent, product-usage signals, routing, and follow-up.
- Build and evaluate AI agents for account research, outreach preparation, inbound qualification, meeting follow-up, renewal, and expansion signals.
- Test, monitor, document, version, and govern the systems and workflows that are shipped.
- Run GTM engineering as a product by managing intake, prioritization, backlog, release cadence, and measurement of commercial impact.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building GTM systems at a B2B software company through GTM engineering, growth engineering, technical marketing operations, RevOps, or software engineering.
- Production-quality experience with Python or JavaScript and SQL, plus comfortable use of APIs and webhooks.
- Deep knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and sales-tool data models.
- Experience running AI workflows or agents in production.
- Understanding of acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion, with the ability to turn ambiguous growth problems into working systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical teams, explain tradeoffs, set boundaries, and drive adoption.
- Website and frontend experience involving forms, tracking, personalization, or experimentation is preferred.
- Data warehouse, transformation, and reverse ETL experience is preferred.
- Experience using product-usage data for routing, scoring, and lifecycle triggers is preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple GTM motions such as enterprise sales, ABM, partnerships, and expansion is preferred.
- Experience with security and compliance work such as SOC 2 and GDPR in GTM systems is preferred.
