Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects for new customers.
- Design and configure customer-specific legal workflows and automation in Wordsmith.
- Work with legal teams and Legal Operations leaders to understand processes and translate them into structured workflows and AI-enabled automation.
- Advise customers on best practices for implementing legal technology.
- Support onboarding, early adoption, and expansion into additional workflows and use cases.
- Partner with Account Management to identify growth opportunities.
- Surface customer insights, patterns, and recurring requests to Product and Engineering.
- Run customer projects and drive outcomes with limited oversight.
Requirements
- Experience in legal technology, legal operations, or process transformation.
- Strong understanding of how in-house legal teams operate.
- Ability to manage customer projects and guide stakeholders through change.
- Comfort working across legal and technical domains.
- Ability to turn ambiguous or messy processes into clear systems.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
- Relevant backgrounds may include legal engineering, legal operations, legal practice transitioned into legal technology, or SaaS implementation or solutions consulting with legal experience.
