Responsibilities
- Develop embedded C/C++ software features for next-generation Annapurna Labs networking hardware.
- Build network-stack support for distributed AI/ML systems and related frameworks and communication libraries.
- Optimize software for high network bandwidth, packets-per-second performance, and consistently low latency.
- Bring up AWS EC2 instance types across different CPU, memory, storage, and networking configurations.
- Contribute to architecture definitions and software system designs.
- Monitor AWS cloud health, maintain quality standards, and resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong C/C++ skills.
- Preferred: experience delivering complex software systems to customers.
- Preferred: experience with hardware/software interfaces at both board and chip level.
- Preferred: experience contributing to architecture and design of new and existing systems.
- Preferred: embedded development experience in C/C++.
