Responsibilities
- Design and develop software applications for Windows and Linux.
- Formulate technical vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Mentor software developers on sound design and coding practices.
- Prepare architectural documents and participate in code, design, and architecture reviews.
- Improve software through design patterns, refactoring, performance optimization, and scalability improvements.
- Collaborate across teams to understand architectures, propose product improvements, and resolve issues.
- Contribute to release planning and estimation of software modules and features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- About 11–20 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and C++.
- Understanding or exposure to hardware protocols including JTAG, I2C, and I3C.
- Experience developing web and desktop applications, including cross-platform applications using .NET Core.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance improvement, and scalability skills.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with AI development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Codex, plus knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development practices.
- Experience building or integrating AI agents, agentic workflows, or LLM-based applications is advantageous; familiarity with modern AI frameworks and APIs is desirable.
