Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom customer identity workflows and authentication journeys.
- Configure solution components and build API integrations and custom connectors.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot customer IAM solutions.
- Create documentation and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Participate in security, compliance, and architecture reviews.
Requirements
- More than 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree and a PingOne, Ping Federate, or Ping Access certification are required.
- Hands-on experience building production-grade DaVinci flows, integrations, and customer authentication journeys.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, decision-making, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with management and diverse stakeholders, present information, negotiate, and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Advanced proficiency with relevant computer systems and applications, plus effective English and local or regional language communication skills.
