Responsibilities
- Develop and productionize cloud-based AI applications, RAG pipelines, NLP architectures, AI agents, and LLM-based solutions.
- Use Python, SQL, cloud technologies, vector databases, embedding models, LLM frameworks, MLOps, and LLMOps in project delivery.
- Design and optimize system, data, RAG, and vector-database architectures for functionality and performance.
- Take technical responsibility for solution conception, design, implementation, testing, consulting, and documentation.
- Lead delivery teams and project workstreams, including effort control, knowledge transfer, coaching, and customer training.
- Work directly with customers to understand strategic and business goals, conduct workshops, and identify measurable AI opportunities.
- Support pre-sales by qualifying tenders, analyzing requirements, assessing feasibility, designing solutions, and preparing effort estimates and proposal inputs.
- Build and maintain internal and senior-level customer networks and support selected sales activities.
- Select suitable delivery models and develop innovative subject-matter solutions for customers in German-speaking markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least five years of professional experience in the relevant AI, ML, data warehouse, business intelligence, or related environment.
- Strong Python programming and software development skills.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and with developing and implementing cloud-based AI solutions.
- Experience with modern AI tools, RAG architectures, vector databases, embedding models, and language models.
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks and libraries such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Experience providing technical leadership to delivery teams or workstreams.
- Deep understanding of architectures, solutions, and strategic direction in data analytics and AI.
- Strong consulting, presentation, communication, teamwork, independent working, entrepreneurial, and problem-solving abilities.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Very good German and English communication skills, with German at least at native-speaker level.
