Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, document, and integrate intelligent customer applications using ML- and LLM-based architectures.
- Develop NLP solutions, RAG systems and pipelines, and applications using vector databases, embedding models, and language models.
- Deploy cloud-based AI solutions to production using MLOps and LLMOps.
- Ensure system and data architectures meet functional and performance requirements.
- Lead project streams and delivery teams technically, including coaching, knowledge transfer, customer training, and delivery-model selection.
- Manage project responsibilities including effort adherence, technical documentation, and customer integration.
- Conduct customer workshops, analyze requirements, assess feasibility, and provide technical consulting.
- Own solution design, effort estimates, and costing inputs during proposal and pre-sales processes.
- Develop customer relationships and support selected sales and business-development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong Python programming and software-development skills.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments and cloud-based AI solution implementation.
- Experience with AI tools, RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models.
- Experience with LLM frameworks and libraries such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Experience providing technical leadership to delivery teams or project streams.
- Background in AI, ML, data warehousing, business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of architectures, solutions, and strategic direction in data analytics and AI.
- Strong consulting, presentation, communication, teamwork, independent-working, and entrepreneurial skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Very good communication skills in at least German at native level and English.
