Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of autonomous agents from problem definition and hypothesis through production deployment.
- Build full-stack systems spanning agent logic, backend, and frontend components.
- Develop autonomous procurement agents and contract-management tools for construction companies.
- Propose and pursue high-impact product opportunities on the platform.
- Collaborate directly with customers to validate and iterate on product solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of engineering experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Proven exceptional professional achievement in a high-performance engineering environment.
- Experience owning and shipping products end-to-end and taking software from zero to production.
- Experience designing and building autonomous or semi-autonomous systems.
- Production proficiency with TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written German and English.
- Familiarity with Flutter is preferred.
- Experience with GCP and Hasura or GraphQL APIs is preferred.
- Background in construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries is preferred.
