Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives from initial hypothesis through design, development, deployment, and customer iteration.
- Build complete autonomous agents for construction procurement and contract management workflows.
- Develop and maintain agent logic, backend systems, and frontend experiences.
- Work directly with real customers to ensure products solve operational problems.
- Identify and independently pursue new ideas that could significantly increase the value of the platform.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- Demonstrated ownership of products or features that were shipped, rather than only contributed to.
- Builder mindset, strong ownership, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Full proficiency in German and English.
