Responsibilities
- Identify valuable customer and business problems and solve them end to end.
- Talk to customers, validate risky assumptions, and decide what is worth building.
- Build across the full stack and ship production features using AI capabilities.
- Own products and features through launch until they create measurable business and revenue impact.
- Share successful approaches and help improve the engineering practice.
Requirements
- Have shipped real production software in a modern product team.
- Have personal initiatives, side projects, or independently delivered product features.
- Use Cursor, Claude, Codex, and AI agents regularly and have built something with them that would not otherwise exist.
- Have deep experience with modern Python, FastAPI, async, and SQL, or with TypeScript, React, and Next.js, with willingness to work across the stack.
- Have built AI features into a product or be actively learning how to do so.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or data products is a plus.
- Be willing to work in the Munich office four days per week.
