Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered interaction patterns and user experiences.
- Co-design features with product designers or own the complete feature lifecycle.
- Shape information architecture, user flows, copy, and error states during implementation.
- Validate that features solve user problems and are discoverable and easy to use.
- Refine interface details including spacing, loading states, and microcopy.
- Communicate product and technical decisions and trade-offs with the team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and shipping production full-stack features end to end.
- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, server-side logic, APIs, and data modeling.
- Experience owning complete features and their user experience.
- Experience collaborating with product designers and building AI or machine learning features in production.
- User-focused approach, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, tRPC, Kubernetes, Docker, or Electron.
Benefits
- Annual base salary of €60,000 to €90,000.
- Hybrid work arrangement based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
