Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the product across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
- Translate roadmap priorities into shipped features that deliver value to users.
- Speak directly with customers to understand their needs and inform product direction.
- Refactor and scale the codebase as the product and team grow.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience, including experience at an early-stage startup.
- A track record of shipping products to real users.
- Production full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, and Python.
- Familiarity with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Strong product sense, a user-focused approach, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
- Regular use of AI agents and tools in the engineering workflow.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, legal technology, regulatory technology, or AI and machine learning is beneficial.
Benefits
- Base salary of €80,000 to €90,000 annually.
- Hybrid work in Munich, Germany, with four days per week on-site.
