Responsibilities

Own feature development end-to-end, from problem framing through production deployment and long-term maintenance.
Build and integrate AI-powered product experiences using LLMs, agents, and tool-use patterns.
Define feature scope with product managers and contribute to product direction.
Make architectural decisions covering API design, integration layers, solution design, and AI integration patterns.
Prototype, ship to users, observe results, and iterate on solutions.
Challenge assumptions and propose improved technical or product approaches.

Strong full-stack proficiency in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js/NestJS.
Demonstrable experience building with LLMs, APIs, or MCPs, preferably in production.
Ability to own features from an initial problem statement through shipped and maintained product functionality.
Product and customer mindset focused on user problems.
Experience collaborating with product managers and designers in cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
Residency in Germany.
Bonus: experience with agentic systems, tool-use patterns, or RAG pipelines.
Bonus: familiarity with energy markets, construction, sales, or climate-tech contexts.
Bonus: prior startup or scale-up experience.
