Responsibilities

Own and deliver product features end to end across applied AI, agent configuration, integrations, frontend, backend, and underlying systems.
Build an AI assistant for configuring agents, debugging issues, connecting external systems, and surfacing answers.
Develop and optimize voice agents for speed, reliability, and quality.
Extend agents across calls, messaging, and email with shared memory and state.
Build memory systems that support reasoning across customer interactions and workflows.
Improve observability and tracing for investigating unsuccessful calls.
Enable agents to select the appropriate communication channel for each interaction.

Production experience owning frontend and backend product features, including distributed systems.
Strong software fundamentals, product judgment, and a bias toward action and business impact.
Production backend experience with TypeScript, Python, or FastAPI and frontend experience with React or similar technologies.
Experience with realtime audio or voice infrastructure and production LLMs, AI agents, or agentic systems.
Experience building asynchronous or event-driven systems with complex state and using PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores.
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; familiarity with workflow orchestration, observability, and communication integrations is useful.
