Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a cross-functional product team to plan, build, and support customer-focused software.
- Contribute across the software development lifecycle, from code commit through production operation, using a You Build It, You Run It mindset.
- Work closely with customers and partner teams to understand needs and deliver high-value product improvements.
- Support production systems through monitoring, observability, and stability practices.
- Help improve engineering culture, participate in communities, and promote continuous, data-informed improvement.
Requirements
- Have a deep understanding of modern web applications and experience building TypeScript or JavaScript applications.
- Have experience using Python and NoSQL databases.
- Have experience with AWS or GCP and be comfortable working across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Understand event-driven architecture and automated testing.
- Have supported production applications with strong observability practices, including real user monitoring and tracing.
- Have experience working collaboratively with strong engineering practices and a customer-value-focused product mindset.
