Responsibilities
- Own user-facing features and the systems behind them end to end, including UI, APIs, data, deployment, and production measurement.
- Turn ambiguous customer problems into scoped MVPs and ship valuable improvements quickly, often within a week.
- Use product judgment to select meaningful metrics, evaluate customer or business impact, and stop work that is not delivering value.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their businesses and deliver specific functionality.
- Collaborate with product, design, and other teams to align early, gather context, and unblock delivery.
- Build and improve AI-agent and LLM-powered workflows, including human-in-the-loop experiences and AI-assisted interfaces when applicable.
- Maintain high product quality, security, reliability, and production standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience taking ambiguous requirements to production across the whole feature path, including UI, API, data, and deployment, more than once.
- Strong product judgment, including MVP scoping, metric selection, prioritization, and explaining delivery tradeoffs.
- Daily use of AI coding tools while retaining ownership of code quality, reviews, and tests.
- Strong attention to product quality and user experience.
- Ability to work autonomously, set scope around customer problems, and collaborate across functions.
- Curiosity about how enterprise customers operate; retail or consumer packaged goods expertise is not required.
- Experience with distributed systems, production security, and reliability is beneficial.
- Experience building LLM products or AI-agent features in production, including evaluation design, prompt engineering, safety controls, or cost optimization, is beneficial.
- Experience designing interfaces for AI-assisted workflows, such as confidence signals, is beneficial.
- Willingness to work primarily with teams in European time zones.
