Responsibilities
- Own the frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure from implementation through deployment.
- Translate product roadmap priorities into shipped features that deliver measurable user value.
- Speak directly with customers to understand needs and inform product direction.
- Maintain, refactor, and scale the codebase as the product and company grow.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience, including experience at an early-stage startup.
- Production experience as a full-stack engineer using TypeScript, React, and Python.
- Experience with Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- A track record of shipping software products to real users and a strong user-centered product mindset.
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and using AI agents and tools in daily work.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, LegalTech, RegTech, or AI/ML is a plus.
Benefits
- Base salary is €80,000 to €90,000 annually.
- Hybrid position based in Munich, Germany, with four days per week on-site.
