Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions in consulting and software development projects.
- Apply AI methods and tools throughout the software development process, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation.
- Contribute actively to all phases of software engineering using agile methods.
- Collaborate directly with customers and help build sustainable customer relationships.
- Provide technical leadership in project teams when needed.
- Share knowledge through training, internal communities, and other knowledge-transfer activities.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
- Deep practical knowledge of both frontend and backend development, including Java, Spring, Kotlin, Angular, Vue.js, and React.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers and actively shape customer collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to project team success.
- Fluent German at least at C1 level.
- Very good English at least at B2 level.
